JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Support Analyst- Integrations coordinates the smooth transition and resolution of client integration and product educational needs for all Simpleview integrated products for our clients. Our integrated products include Book > Direct, DAM, VisitApps, SendSites, UGC, and CMS customizations. The Customer Support Analyst- Integrations possesses proven customer service and project management experience as well as strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist clients with all items and issues submitted to the Simpleview Support ticket queue.
- When required to route tickets to another team, ensure that the ticket has been routed with accuracy.
- Complete tickets within stated Integration SLA targets (service level agreements).
- Responsible for all Integration projects meeting or exceeding Simpleview quality standards.
- Foster and maintain a proven track record of client satisfaction.
- May be required to work "on-call" shifts a few times a year for our "after-hours" support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires 2+ years of inbound customer service experience.
- Within 60 days, must obtain CRM & CMS certifications from the Simpleview learning management system, Brainery.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Able to work with groups that perform a variety of complicated tasks.
- Ensure completion/delivery of required tasks/deliverables from internal staff on time and under budget.
- Diligent communication/monitoring, documentation, organizational processes, and time-management techniques.
- Relentless work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing and ready to learn new things.

This position is available for remote work.
