The Opportunity
The Tigris Customer Support team is the heart and face of Tigris. We are on the front lines with our customers each day (phones and e-mail), and our job is to find the right balance of pleasing our customers while doing what’s right for Tigris, too. The good news is that there’s a lot of overlap here.
This is not a regular customer service job. We will provide great training and guidance, but we expect our B2C Specialists to use their experience and critical thinking skills to solve customer challenges. You must also serve with the highest levels of professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities and Duties
- This is a great position for entry level candidates or those just starting their career.
- Speak directly to end customers, answer questions and solve their issues
- Serve as the main point of contact with customers
- Be lead on phone calls, enter orders (phone, email, etc.), perform price and availability checks, quote shipping speeds, arrange returns, and solve customer challenges
- Resolve customer issues while protecting the company’s best interests
- Be comfortable working with 10+ diverse accounts
- Be comfortable with technology
- Follow established procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Be a team player willing to complete many different types of tasks
- Add value to the team with input from customers, your experiences, and your ideas
- Help us make things better
- Must have availability to work 1130 AM to 8 PM two days per week
- Able to work 8-hour shifts between 8AM and 8PM (set schedules are published one month in advance)
