- Two- or Four- year degree is preferred. Degree is preferably in IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- 2- years’ experience, preferably in a credit union or financial institution.
- Or combination of experience and education.
- Valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to gain the trust of staff.
- Must have excellent grammar skills.
- Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress.
- Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
- Remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
- Recognize problems, identify possible causes, and resolve routine problems.
- Team player with a "can do" attitude that can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for employees, clients, and customers.
- Ability to develop relationships and positive attitudes among key representatives of vendors.
- Available to train as needed for new processes or software.
- Available to be on-premises at business partners during any shift for events such as enrollments and benefit fairs.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently toward credit union goals; must maintain a positive demeanor.
- Must possess a commitment to rendering the best possible service to members, business partners, and credit union staff; must maintain a professional, yet friendly demeanor toward members, business partners, and staff.
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays, if needed.
- Must be able to travel occasionally including being out of town overnight, as needed.
