Job Summary
The Data Analytics Lead at Company has/is:
- 3 - 8 years experience in a data analytics role, preferably at a high-growth startup, CPG, loyalty, retail, or mobile gaming company
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘self-start’ mentality; Excels at finding answers. Customer centric. Comfortable with a workday and schedule that isn’t always highly structured or predictable
- Experience with BI & data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI). Strong experience with SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R). Experience with ETL tools (Tableau Prep, Alteryx, Knime or similar). Proven experience in the cloud (Snowflake/AWS/GCP/Azure), Experience with mobile products and analytics tools (Amplitude or similar)
- A leader and a team player: ability to work and make decisions autonomously with appropriate levels of collaboration and engagement with the team to ensure alignment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced agile environment
- 5 Location / ability to relocate to: Chicago (highly preferred) or San Diego
