We are currently looking for an Data & Insight Analyst.

In a nutshell, you will be busy …….

Giving MM Flowers competitor advantage through relationship building, data collection and outputs enabling better market understanding and knowledge.

On a daily basis you will be :

• Managing our internal databases and systems
• Supporting the strategic Insight Team by producing reports and/or Insight that answers questions from customer briefs
• Producing reports & regular deliverables that ensure we are achieving deadlines with the right data and insight to support the commercial team with a consistent market & category understanding
• Building an understanding of the Horti & Gifting categories.
• Available to support immediate adhoc data and insight requests
• Available to explain strategic insights and present complex data in a simple way
• Gathering sku level data at fixture to enable:
• Excel store report (inc. photographs)
• Suppliers share of lines
• PowerPoint market newness and fixture displays, campaigns etc
• Promotion trackers
• Data coding
• Assisting in the engagement and implementation of instore research surveys
• Feeding into recommendations and joint retailer presentations

What you can already do;

• You will need to have an advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point and Word and be comfortable with large amounts of data
• Superb attention to detail and ability to demonstrate strong analytical thinking
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power point
• Knowledge of data systems IRI, IGD, Dunnhumby an advantage
• Previous consumer facing role
• Confident in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
• Team player but able to work alone
• Self-motivated
