Data Engineer. Multiple Openings.
Corewell Health, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Develops, tests and deploys ETL processes across multiple sources, targets and tools, and self-service reporting assets; Communicates with data consumers to improve processes connecting to data; Provides systems support and applications troubleshooting and maintenance for incidents related to data warehouses, datasets and data pipelines; Provides on-call support for data platforms, reporting assets, and ETL processes.
Telecommuting permitted within the US.
Requires Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Comp. Engineering, Data Science or Analytics, or related, plus 60 months of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Software Developer or related. Will accept Master's and 2 years of experience.
Above experience must include 2 years:
1) Developing and implementing database applications using Oracle Reports, TOAD, and SQL for data analysis and extraction;
2) Data model design using Erwin data modeler;
3) Developing ETL processes and self-service reporting assets; and
4) Utilizing Informatica cloud, azure data factory, data bricks, python, Tableau, Git, Code Commit, and Snowflake.
