Bottom Line Concepts is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring the quality of data products and services and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive data quality assurance program. The Data Entry Analyst will work closely with data analytics teams to ensure that all data products and services meet the highest quality standards.

You will be concentrating on conducting analysis and research to determine the strengths and weaknesses of existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM data quality assurance program, including the creation, maintenance, and changes of customer data during the deal lifecycle.
• Analyze CRM customer data to ensure that it is accurate, complete, and consistent. This involves reviewing data sources and identifying any errors, inconsistencies, or duplicates.
• Ensure reliable and up-to-date customer data by correcting errors, removing duplicates, and updating outdated information.
• Monitor and track data over time to identify any changes or trends that may impact data quality
• Establish policies and procedures to ensure that data quality is maintained over time.
• Responsible for standardizing customer data by creating and enforcing data entry standards.
• Responsible for developing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, data science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data quality assurance.
• Strong understanding and experience with managing customer data, interactions, and relationships using CRM software.
• Strong attention to detail ability to analyze data thoroughly and accurately.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data quality issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional data teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
