Data Entry/Claims in Rochelle, IL

C&S is a leading e-commerce flooring company based in Rochelle, IL. We have been selling flooring products online since 2005 to thousands of customers worldwide. We expect significant growth over the next few years and have an excellent opportunity for the right person to grow with us.

Our office seeks a motivated Data Entry/Claims person to assist with a wide range of administrative work. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and keen attention to detail. This position includes a wide range of responsibilities, including filing customer damage and warranty claims with manufacturers and freight carriers, entering vendor invoices into Quick Books and Sales Log, backing up other departments, and providing general support to the team.

Responsibilities:

• File Warranty and Damage claims with manufacturers and freight carriers.
• Perform data entry.
• Follow up on emails, phone calls, and faxes.
• Perform administrative tasks.
• Answer phones and direct calls accurately.
• Back up other departments to cover vacations, lunches, etc.
• Gather information from the sales team on claims.
• Help with projects by making copies, responding to emails, taking notes, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Data Entry: 1 year (Required)
• Work Location: In person
