Clerical / Administrative / Data Entry

Data Entry - Order Entry Representative

Up to $22.00 per hour to start plus full benefits

As Order Entry Representative you will:

• Join an international pump distributor
• Receive complete training
• Receive order information from the Sales Team
• Review sales orders for accuracy and completeness
• Identify, research and resolve errors, omissions and discrepancies
• Escalate complex issues as necessary
• Enter and process sales orders
• Upload supporting documentation
• Update customer account information
• Maintain manual and electronic file systems
• Provide additional clerical and administrative support as requested

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 1 year of Data Entry / Order Entry / Order Processing experience
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ Related experience in a manufacturing environment
• +++ SAGE 100 experience
