Data Entry - Onboarding Team

- Contract-to-hire position - work from office in Lenexa
Our Lenexa based client is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for their onboarding team to help onboard new employees. You would need to be great with data entry and working out of multiple systems, as well as comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also be strong working on a computer and have great communication skills. This position is in office.
Responsibilities
- Enter new hire information including numerical and alphabetical data quickly and accurately
- Email communication
- Data Entry of status of drug screens and update candidate records
- Update systems as status changes
- Schedule pre-employment drug screens
- Follow-up on status of screenings
- Navigate between 5-7 different computer systems on a regular basis
