Insurance Masters is a rapidly growing insurance agency looking for an employee to help us manage Zoho CRM and modernize, streamline, integrate, and deploy new tools and software for our Administration and Sales staff. A computer science degree or experience in a managing business systems software is recommended. The position will also assist with data management, Mobile Device Management, training, reporting, and in office technical support. Strong excel skills are required.

As you will be responsible for:

• Administer ZoHo CRM and its software integrations
• Using various low code or no code tools
• Scripting basic functions in the CRM and other systems

- Maintaining Network & System Security

- Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets and/or basic databases

- Assisting in data analysis using Excel

- Generating reports and dashboards to present insights and recommendations

- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our software and hardware systems

- Providing software training and support to other staff members on data-related topics

- Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in data analysis

The best suited Candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

- High proficiency in excel and other Microsoft Office applications

- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS

- Knowledge of ZoHo CRM & Deluge Scripting
