We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Arch. Sr. Specialist to join our team in ADDISON, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Description:
Transaction analysis and develop Critical data analytics applications (20%):
Analyse transaction behaviour and Develop Data Analytics application to predict various scenario-based outcomes including Mid America Market Analysis for 403(b) products using Predictive Analytical tool Alteryx.
Perform Business data Analysis, identify trends and produce metric forecast in Tableau.
Provide analytical and business intelligence support to a business unit, segment or function. Analyze, interpret, maintain, and report data. Establish validation and testing protocols to maintain the integrity of the data. Deliver ad-hoc data and report requests for client group. Develop, run and prepare various statistical analyses and reports based on both internal and external data source
Performance tune critical Tableau dashboards for sub-second response by optimizing the semantic layer and the underlying data base layer by adding Database hints.
Define and Implement the migration plan to convert Business Objects reports publications into Tableau Dashboards and Alteryx Publications
Responsible for identifying the right data points and developing prototypes to apply the power of R, Python and other predictive models like behavioural, spatial and time series analysis on large and most sophisticated datasets to improve the future outcomes.
Work with client team to establish Client Ops (Machine learning Operations) to decrease the time to implement new models and increase the collaboration and communication within the team.

Data Integration Architecture and Data Design (40%):
Translate business needs into Data Management, Business Intelligence and reporting solutions using Talend, Databrciks PySpark, MSBI, Denodo, Tableau and Alteryx.
Write JDBC wrappers to perform CRUD operations on underlying databases and Create REST Webservices in JSON/XML for front end applications with Denodo Virtualization.
Responsible for identifying the gaps and issues for National Life Group's complex business processes and need to accommodate in DMFI Framework by customizing the required modules.
Responsible for creating data virtualization business views, derived views and interfaces using Denodo and expose the REST services for all web applications.
Implement solutions and processes for management and data governance across data quality metrics, metadata, lineage, data access policies and business definitions.
Create workspace by collaborating with data analysts to perform tasks such as profile and analyse data, define rules, define file formats, and set up data quality scorecards.
Develop logical and physical data flow models for ETL application with SSIS. Translates data access, transformation and movement requirements info functional requirements and mapping design.
Develop SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Packages using FTL Attunity and CDC Attunity solutions to move the data to Azure Data Lake
Extract the data from different legacy systems of NLG including mainframe VSAM, DB2, XML, MS access, CSV and VMF files and transform and load the data into enterprise staging area using SSIS.
Write T-SQL statements, stored procedures, Common Table Expressions, Sequence Generate number generate, Table valued functions and triggers to achieve complex task requirements.
Perform code and design reviews to ensure that the deliverables adhere to the project guidelines and specifications using NTT DATA proprietary Software Quality Assurance Methodology.
Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models using Embercardo ER Studio.
Perform Design and writing technical design documents, test plans, Run Book implementation guide and system interface documents.
Work with architects and technical teams from multiple technologies; product owners and subject matter experts across different applications to understand complex technological and business environments and design integrated end-to-end solutions.
Implement the Reference Architecture (DMFI - Data Management Framework for Insurance) for Enterprise Staging Layer, MDMs (Agent, Customer, Product, Policy etc.), Data mart and IDL (Integrated Data Layer)
Analyze and design the backend applications based on client enterprise architecture framework which includes understanding and implementing the following.

Principles
Guidelines
Standards
Define integration patterns to Integrate tools like Collibra, Tableau, Alteryx and Sales force with Data Virtualization platform
Implement security model for Data Access through Virtual Platform (Internal and External Users)

IT Process Automation and Optimization (15%):
Analyse existing Data Warehouse ETL routines based on their design complexity and build enhanced solution in Talend ecosystem.
Implement solutions and processes for data management and data governance including data quality metrics, metadata, lineage, data access policies and business definitions.
Act as key data lead leveraging team's technical capabilities to drive the development, evolution and implementation of data solutions, enabling self-service for data consumers.
Rewrite the process of pulling heterogeneous data through ETL Routines that can cleanse the data prior to loading and transformation, reducing data quality issues in the data warehouse.
Work with business to identify functionalities which can be automated to simplify business processes.
Identify and implement changes to fine tune batch schedules and reduce systems downtime and thus help in increasing system availability for business.
Estimate growth of current system and monitor statistics, validating the growth forecast.
Policy Payment Processing and Security Strategic initiatives (15%):
Participate in business and functional team meetings to understand the business functionality and provide technical feasibility details.
Work closely with business analysts to gather business requirements, obtaining clarifications, approvals during functional analysis and document them using NTT DATA's custom tools and templates. PIPILINE
Business requirement analysis to ensure that underlying technology and design meets both short-term and long-term business needs and adapt to emerging business and technology demands.
Play role of subject matter expert in Payment Processing and Licensing & contracting.
Develop Control Frameworks for measuring data quality index.
Work with Business partners to elicit business taxonomy, rules, attributes and processing patterns for data usability and governance in enterprise domain model along with quality and security requirements.
Recognize how data flows across domains through the business cycle and work with variety of stakeholders for sourcing data, optimizing workflow and ensuring outcomes are achieved.

Team Building and Mentoring (10%):
Provide oversight and mentor Application Development team on daily basis to help understand the business requirements and new applications.
Perform Application training for new team members.
Work in collaboration with team and provide feedback.
Perform design, code and testing review with team members to ensure that the deliverables adhere to the project guidelines and specifications
Provide estimations and Proposals for new releases, Coordinating with Different teams for smooth execution of project related tasks.
