Our company located in Charlotte, NC is looking to hire day porters, cleaning techs and project leads to join our winning team. We have positions open for various shifts. Our ideal candidate is flexible, committed, attentive, ambitious, experienced, team player and not afraid of hard work. We are currently offering bonuses based on attendance and performance.

Pay will vary based on experience, shift and positions available.

We have positions on all shifts to suit your schedule needs.

Responsibilities vary depending on job.

*Provide cleaning support throughout the facility which consist of restroom cleaning, bathroom disinfecting, spot sweeping, emptying trash cans, changing liners. Clean star-wells, windows, elevators and windows. *Manage stock rooms, supplies, keep up with laundry and equipment inspections. *Provide floor cleaning by use of riding machines and walk behind scrubbers. Clean windows vacuum carpet, use electrostatic sprayers. *Join a team of cleaners in daily task. support special projects and assist with training and various task. *Clean stairwells, elevators and pull trash and replace liners.

Qualifications

*Dependable with great work ethics and must be a team player. Self-motivator and possess leadership skills. Honesty, respectful, Integrity, ability to get along with peers, and Accountability. *Familiarity with common cleaning supplies and hand tools. *Janitorial experience and floor experience is a plus for immediate hire. *We also are hiring for shift leaders who have desire to move up within the company. *Good work history. Familiarity with common cleaning supplies and hand tools.

Compensation

*Hourly pay is $15 to $17 per hour depending on shift and position. *Bonus Pay based on attendance & performance. *Paid days off *Weekly pay *Monthly & Quarterly lunch and learn sessions.
