A.I.M. & Associates is currently hiring Day Program Life Skills Instructor / DSP positions providing life skills training to high functioning adults with mild intellectual / developmental disability or autism within our Community Integration Training Program.

Areas currently hiring include: Auburn, Grass Valley, Roseville, East Sacramento, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Yuba City / Marysville, and Woodland.

Our Ideal Candidate will:

• Have knowledge of / or experience with Developmental Disabilities, Special Education, Social Work

This is a full time non-exempt hourly position.

Compensation will be $18 per hour DOE.

Job Requirements:

• Computer proficiency in email and MS products.
• Must possess a smart phone, computer, and internet access from your home.
• A valid California Driver's License is required.
• A safe and reliable vehicle is required as you will be transporting clients within their community.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
