Black Diamond Equipment is looking for hard-working, like-minded individuals for our manufacturing team to work on our production, fabrication, and assembly teams building the best climbing and skiing equipment available.

You will be responsible for production, fabrication, and assembly of climbing hardware, employing a range of machines and equipment in this process, and for initial inspection of hardware with the authority to stop the process if adjustments must be made to equipment and to remove hardware from the process which may be defective. You must understand and maintain quality and productivity standards. Have an idea to improve our process? We want to know about it through active team involvement. No experience necessary! We can train anyone who wants to learn how to succeed at Black Diamond Equipment.

• Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience

• Required: None
• Preferred: Prior assembly/production activities

Skills and General Experience

• Must be energetic and self directed. Ability to read, write and converse in English is required. Basic mathematics knowledge. Basic problem solving and organizing skills. Demonstrated proficiency in manual dexterity. Knowledge of rock climbing is helpful. Knowledge and capability of machine operation and set-up is helpful.
