We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced babysitters to join our team. As a babysitter, you will be kept busy, supporting families with their child care needs. Our company is committed to providing exceptional child care services, and we need dedicated individuals to help us achieve this goal.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $17 - $18 per hour gross before taxes for all other locations
• Weekly pay with direct deposit as an employee of TLC
• Overtime pay at time and a half for weekly hours exceeding 40
• Holiday pay for most nationally observed holidays
• Paid time off, with 1 hour of PTO earned for every 30 hours worked

Responsibilities:

• Respond to open babysitting shifts provided by TLC
• Provide engaging and interactive child care services to children in a safe and nurturing environment
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's care and behavior
• Follow parent instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Keep accurate records of daily activities, meals, and naps

Requirements:

• At least 3 full weekdays of availability, Monday through Friday
• Daytime Availability (7am to 7pm)
• Verifiable experience working as a nanny, babysitter, day care provider, nurse, teacher, etc.
• Comfortable using texting as the main form of communication
• Able to commit a minimum of 3 months to the program
• Legal work status in the US
• Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification BEFORE employment
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma graduate
• Reliable transportation to travel to various locations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Clean background check and drug screening
