JOB POSTING

Title: Associate Superintendent for Secondary Schools & Student Services
Reports To: Superintendent of Schools
Office/ Dept: Department of Catholic Schools
FLSA Status: Regular, Full Time, Exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support Principals in the Four Archdiocesan High Schools and Approximately Nine Elementary

Schools

• Responsible for WCEA/WASC Secondary Accreditation Program
• Coordinate International Student Program
• Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Program Coordinator
• Support the Efforts of the Superintendent and the Department of Catholic Schools

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A believing and practicing Catholic.
• Ability to organize, plan, think creatively, develop and administer programs.
• Skills in the application of computer software and technologies to support teaching and learning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship skills.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum three - five years as a Catholic secondary administrator preferred

PAY RANGE:

• $130,000- $140,000 annual salary

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Masters Degree in Education preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
