Deburr Operator

$17-$19/hr

JOB SUMMARY:

The Deburr Operator is responsible for operating deburr equipment, load materials for the machine, and moving materials to the next operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Follow manufacturing methods to perform normal job tasks in a safe manner under the direction of the supervisor, group leader, or experienced associates in the area.

· Perform general cleanup to keep the work area clean and organized.

· Adjust and operate the equipment.

· Perform self-inspection for the parts resulting from the machining operation.

· Work from blueprints, sketches, and process control documents.

· Responsible for the quality of parts produced.

· Responsible for documentation and identification generated or related to the production of the job.

· Use hand tools to deburr parts

· Move parts to the next operation or staging areas

· Load materials on the conveyor for the machine using a crane or a forklift

· Work in a safe manner.

· Follows Company’s Compliance requirements.

· Maintains and improves the quality management system.

· Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Education and Training: as deemed sufficient by management

· Technical Requirements: basic computer skills; ability to operate all CNC equipment; ability to use measurement instruments; ability to read drawings and perform basic mathematical calculations; ability to read and interpret routine instructions.

· Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in the area, or as deemed sufficient by management

Job Location: Claremore, OK

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
