Tso Chinese Delivery is looking for the next dispatcher to join our team! We're a local Austin company that saw a need to modernize Chinese delivery. We believe in price transparency and paying our employees a living wage, so there's no delivery, service fee, or need to tip. Do you love video games? Dispatching would be a great fit! Use our own in-house software to design routes that are most efficient based on distance, location, and time. No previous experience is necessary!
As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth process for our customers from online order reception, to order delivery. You will be a point of contact for customer questions, which may be over the phone or through our text-based support system. Other daily duties may include (but are not limited to) placing wholesale orders and ensuring cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining control of the dispatch board, and ensuring timely completion of orders
- Responding to customer questions in-person, over the phone, or over our text-based support platform and escalating issues if necessary
- Ensuring cleanliness of the store
- Assisting with curbside deliveries
- Placing wholesale orders for kitchen and front of house
- Delegating tasks for drivers and packers as needed
- Preparation and execution of catering orders

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
