F550 Delivery Driver
Reports to:
Yard Foreman or Store Manager
Shift:
Must be available to come in prior to store opening and work past store closing. Trucks do not typically operate on Saturday and store is closed on Sunday. You may occasionally work the yard on Saturday.

Position Summary:
- Daily inspection of truck for safety violations
- Accurately pull and stage building materials according to loading ticket – double-check for accuracy
- Load delivery truck ensuring load is safe and secure before leaving
- Represent Harris ACE Hardware when delivering material (friendly, helpful, professional, and respectful)
- Must be able to perform demanding, physical labor working with and lifting different types of building materials, including sheetrock
- Ability to work outdoors in hot and cold weather and occasionally in rain and snow and operate on uneven surfaces
- Operates vehicle in accordance with all OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements, as well as all local; state; and federals laws

Must Have:
- Valid and current driver’s license
- Clean MVR for the past three (3) years
- Successfully complete pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical and background check, which will include previous employment check, criminal history and motor vehicle record review
