DMJ2 Logistics Inc. is a FedEx Ground contractor looking for a full-time delivery driver to add to our growing team! Our ideal candidate is hard-working, RELIABLE, safety-oriented, enthusiastic, and motivated!

Overview:

• FedEx Ground is a 7 day/week operation. Full-Time drivers are scheduled 5 days per week. Flexibility of schedule and weekend availability are given preferential consideration.
• Depart from FedEx Ground Goodyear facility daily at 890 S 143rd Ave, Goodyear, AZ 85338.
• Deliveries and pickups will be made to residential locations, commercial retailers and other business within designated service area of Surprise & El Mirage.
• Vehicles operated by DMJ2 Logistics are primarily step vans.
• A commercial license (CDL) is NOT required. The following requirements will be considered:
• A minimum of 1 year on-the-job driving experience.
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
• Must have a clean MVR (motor vehicle record) without excessive speeding tickets, reckless driving, etc.
• Must be willing to undergo background check & drug test as a condition of employment as this is required due to our contract with FedEx. If hired, random drug screening occurs on an ongoing basis.
