Culligan Ultrapure is a Culligan Water franchise that started in 1962. The parent company, Driessen Water, Inc. has 24 locations spread across Minnesota, Indiana, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas. The company services residential, commercial, and industrial customers with water purification and softening systems.

Position Description:

The route driver operates a company vehicle over established routes and delivers products such as 40# bags of salt, 5-gallon jugs of water, some select pieces of equipment and/or parts. Position provides to the customer documentation on receipt of money from customers, delivery tickets, route book entries, repairs, and parts used.

Job Qualifications:

• High School diploma or the equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• High energy and passion for excellence
• High regard for providing outstanding customer service
• Organized and good at tracking inventory
• Detailed oriented
• Passionate about a positive work environment/culture
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. multiple times each day
