Role Summary
Requirements
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the CFA Delivery system.
- Deliver CFA Orders to Chick-fil-A Guests
- Serve in the restaurant when their aren't any deliveries to be made
- Align with Directors, Shift Leaders and OLD Coordinator
- Comprehensive knowledge of the CFA Delivery system
a. Monitor ETA and On-Time % and make any necessary adjustments within Digital Q to maximize deliveries AND guest experience. - Assign CFA deliveries.
a. Monitor all incoming orders.
b. Dispatch/assign orders to Drivers via the Bringg app that ensures quality food and timeliness of the deliveries for the guest.
c. Proactively manage order batching to achieve desired productivity. - Oversee CFA Drivers.
a. Ensure that Drivers are following delivery protocol, food safety, etc. This includes being on time and ready when their shift begins, proper uniform, etc.
b. Ensure Drivers are assisting in the restaurant when not delivering orders.
c. Assist Drivers with order assembly as needed.
d. Ensure drivers maintain/clean company-owned vehicles, refresh gas, complete checklist, etc., prior to and at the completion of their shifts. - Serve FOH Team
a. Answer the restaurant telephone during dispatching hours.
b. When possible, assist the Shift Leader with guests – take phone catering orders/guest recovery via HEARD model.
c. Proactively seek opportunities to assist FOH team - Organizational Alignment
a. Connect with the OLD Specialist as needed or once a month at minimum.
b. Serve in a Team Member capacity when not serving as OLD Dispatcher.
