The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for creating multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand for Relias’ B2B SaaS solutions, ultimately to meet or exceed MQL, pipeline and bookings goals.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Developing a deep understanding of the specified healthcare industries, Relias SaaS products, and customer buyer journeys.
- Leading strategic efforts to grow Relias’ share of the market in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing.
- Designing, creating, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing but not limited to paid search and display, social, nurture streams, syndication, tradeshows, and more.
- Supporting and equipping Sales to engage identified qualified accounts, distributing relevant content that reaches the account’s buyers and influencers, and following-up with personalized discovery and demo sessions.
- Building cross-functional cohesion by working closely with departments, across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Alliances, Client Care, and other internal teams at all levels of the organization.
- Analyzing, leveraging, and acting on campaign performance to shape overall marketing strategy, optimize lead conversion sources, and improve pipeline generation.
- Taking ownership and initiative to support the marketing team and company through a proactive and positive attitude.
- Other duties as assigned.
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
- 3+ years in marketing
- A deep understanding of digital marketing tactics (paid and organic social, paid search and display, retargeting, programmatic, and more).
- Experience planning campaign strategies and managing their execution across multiple teams.
- Ability to design, plan, and manage numerous multi-channel marketing campaigns within budget while driving to goals, working across marketing teams to manage planning and execution.
- Proven experience in content marketing strategy supported by digital, event, product positioning, and market insights.
- Strong, proven organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, and influencing skills required.
- Self-starter mentality with strong sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously and navigate and succeed in ambiguity.
- Curious, life-long learner with the ability to quickly digest new information and ask clarifying questions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Healthcare, SaaS, Compliance/Revenue Cycle experience a plus
- Salesforce experience a plus
