Role: Construction Tech (Demo Specialist)

Reports to: Operations Director

Compensation: TBD; Based on experience

Location: Kaukauna

Summary: We are looking for a positive, hardworking, trustworthy individual who can drive a company truck and trailer to serve our apartment communities’ needs throughout the Fox Valley. This is a great opportunity to gain an understanding of the inner workings of property management and real estate investing!

Who you are:

• Harding-working and passionate

• Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day

What you are great at: (responsibilities)

• Bulk garbage removal from exterior of properties
• Occasional landscaping waste removal
• Occasional materials transporting to project sites
• Frequent trips to local city dumps within the Fox Valley
• Duties may change from day to day due to business needs
• Material removal from apartment interiors (tear outs)
• Meet Sheriff’s Department to secure property after eviction process

What you have Achieved: (requirements)

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to drive a company truck and dump trailer safely
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs, frequently bending and lifting safely
• Valid driver’s license
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
