Lakeview Family Dentistry, a privately owned dental office located in Hugo, is currently seeking a patient-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic team player to join our awesome team of Dental Assistants. The Dental Assistant supports our dental team by preparing the treatment room (including instruments and materials), seating patients, assisting the doctor during the procedure, providing an overall positive experience for the patient during the dental visit, and SO much more.

Our team is committed to excellent patient care and service. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills that will treat each patient with the highest quality of care. This position is an important part of our team and we are looking for an individual that can work as an effective team player.

Required Qualifications:

· Current dental assistant license in the state of Minnesota is preferred but will consider experienced unlicensed dental assistants

· At least one year dental assisting experience is preferred but not required

· Strong communication and patient relation skills

· Organized team player

· Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to listen to patients and advocate for them

· Computer proficiency is a must (Dentrix experience a plus!)

· Maturity and Professionalism

· Patient-Oriented attitude

Required license or certification : Licensed Dental Assistant preferred
