We are looking for a qualified and motivated Full-time Lead dental assistant who enjoys working with children to join our strong family culture at Li'l Sunshine Smiles Dentistry in Tampa, FL Westchase neighborhood. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are required. We guarantee (40 hours) per week.

Requirements:

- Team oriented and positive working attitude

- Taking digital x-ray’s --(Experience with taking x-rays on kids a MUST)

- Prophies

- Dentrix Software (At least 1 year of Dentrix required)

- Assisting with restorative treatments (chair-side assisting)

- Sterilization

- Good working attitude and approach with children

- Strong social skills, Strong communication skills

- Appointment confirmations

Qualifications:
- Demonstrates professionalism, compassion, integrity, and strong ethics.
- Passion to work with children.
- Positive attitude.
- Good team player.
- Capable of communicating with children and their parents.
- Professional in performance, attire, and demeanor.
- Positive approach when learning and troubleshooting new software and tasks.
- A minimum of 1 years dental experience

- Basic computer skills required

- X-ray certification and Expanded Function Certificate

What We Offer: A Full-time position in our state-of-the-art office, a competitive salary (negotiable based on experience), and a flexible schedule.

-Insurance after 90 days

Salary: $15 to $18 /hour
