We are excited to find the perfect fit for our Dental Support Specialist position! We are looking for a Dental Support Specialist with a great attitude, a strong willingness to learn and be trained since this is a non-traditional setting.

The Dental Support Specialist is a knowledgeable worker that uses their dental experience to build and develop dental kits and equipment for existing markets, new markets, and other teams. Responsible for equipment/supply program management relative to Enable Dental's needs, works independently, and meets deadlines for new team creation or new market opening. You will coordinate between different dental supply vendors to ensure that teams have the supplies needed to execute on operations while also maintaining a budget.

Dental Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Managing flow of equipment and supply requests, and must be able to prioritize requests

• Streamline the ordering process

• Create new workflow and processes to meet the demand of a hyper growth company

• Create and set dental kits and put together equipment

• Sterilize all new instruments

• Order all office supplies and equipment needed for new markets

• Work with existing team for equipment orders

• Work with business development team during program design to create or restructure existing kits in order to meet business development request

• Work with our supply vendors to ensure we're getting the best price for all products

• Ship out all equipment and supplies in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are met

• Maintaining back up inventory

• Ensuring that a backup set of kits and equipment is ready for any new teams

• Office/property research, contract review and securement

• Set up supplies and equipment in newly launched markets

• Traveling to markets; 50% of the time

• Previous dental experience is not required but preferred. We will train the right candidate without dental experience but has a strong desire to learn and break into the dental industry.
