37.5 hours per week (Permanent)

We are recruiting for a Dental Equipment Service Engineer based in the Royal Liverpool Dental Teaching Hospital working for the Avrenim facilities maintenance provider. We are looking to expand our team with the addition of a qualified service engineer to keep pace with our expanding customer base to ensure we maintain high standards of timely and efficient service.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: -As a key member of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for attending to repair a full range of Dental equipment, ranging from dental chairs, suction pumps, compressors.
We deal with most of the leading manufacturers including Sirona, Adec, Belmont, Kavo & Durr. You will also be responsible for maintaining your work diary, completing detailed Job Sheets electronically using a PDA system and to ensure these Jobs are signed off in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for maintaining a stock of parts to complete any essential repairs, but to also ensure specific parts are on order for your upcoming jobs.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: –
- You will already have an extensive background in dental engineering/electrical, but we will provide manufacturer specific training.
- You will need to be physically fit to be able to move the equipment.
- You will need to be efficient and have a strong ability to be able to manage your own time.
- You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
Salary: £31,227.22 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
