Cambridge Dental Group is looking for a passionate Hygiene Recall Coordinator as it strives to provide exemplary, personalized dental care in a friendly, relaxing environment at an excellent value. Dental Hygiene Recall Coordinator

This is a big, fast-paced, fun practice with an excellent mentor and team members! This role is an integral part of the office team with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. He/she works closely with patients and clinical team members, coordinates appointments and manages schedules and patient flow.. The Hygiene Recall Coordinator reaches out to patients on a daily basis and is seen as a key point of contact internally and externally. The Front Desk/Hygiene Recall Coordinator is the face of the practice! Join the team and be part of this exciting opportunity! We are open to full or part-time.
We work diligently to ensure all our patients and staff feel safe and protected while in our office. We have the proper PPE for the staff and are CDC COVID-19 compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient treatment appointments
- Reschedule patients who miss appointments
- Contact patients to complete treatment
- Work with our clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow
- Provide communications and information to appropriate team members
- Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal and HIPAA laws and guidelines
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a dental practice
- Knowledge of Microsoft and software applications
- Excellent verbal communication
