Temporary Registered Dental Hygiene Position

Nature’s Way Dentistry in Moscow, Idaho is currently hiring for a temporary Dental Hygienist 3 days a week while our hygienist is on maternity leave. We are looking for someone now as she had to go on maternity leave early. The Dental Hygienist will need to be confident, and a self-motivated individual, who likes a patient focused, team oriented environment. The Dental Hygienist candidate should be capable of adapting and learning new things quickly, flexible and willing to accommodate needs of patients and coworkers. The Dental Hygienist must have an Idaho Dental Hygiene license and at least one year of clinical experience is preferred. A fully vaccinated candidate (Covid 19) is preferred.

$2500 bonus will be given at the completion of the maternity leave on November 5th !!!!

Job Duties of the Dental Hygienist include, but not limited to:

-Comprehensive dental hygiene care

-Oral prophylaxis

-Digital radiography

-Patient education

-Computerized charting

-Periodontal therapy and maintenance

-Local anesthesia administration

-Working with culturally diverse clients

-Working with clients with alternative health/dental health beliefs

-Answering phones, scheduling appointments

Dental Hygienist Qualifications:

- One year of dental hygiene experience preferred (but not required)

- Excellent written/verbal communication skills

- Exceptional human relations skills

- Ability to learn new software

- Licensed as a dental hygienist in the state of Idaho

Pay is determined upon employment.
