About you: Our ideal Patient Care Coordinator is a people person.....you are an excellent communicator and want to make sure patients have a great experience! You are highly organized, professional, and comfortable talking with patients about all aspects of dentistry. Some of the things you excel at include managing the doctor and hygiene schedules, reviewing treatment plans and estimates with patients, helping patients make appointments, collecting payments, and taking in new patients to the practice. You will have ongoing support and training from our Doctors, Practice Manager, and the rest of our amazing team. It is our greatest hope that you will share your knowledge and experience with us, so that we can work as a team to elevate our practice to new levels. Open Dental experience would be a plus!
About us: Droel Family Dentistry is a thriving general dental practice located in Lino Lakes and Arden Hills. We have two locations and two experienced doctors (husband and wife team) focused on the delivery of high quality cosmetic and restorative treatments, same day crowns, Fotona Laser dental and facial esthetic treatments, and Invisalign clear aligner therapy. Our doctors love to invest in the professional development of our team and believe in the power of a positive workplace!
