Job description

We are a state-of-the-art growing family practice located in the heart of Deerfield seeking a personable dental receptionist to fulfill front desk duties. Some of these responsibilities will include:

*Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice

*Communicating with patients ie: scheduling appointments via phone, text and email

*Performing general office duties: answering telephones, emailing, faxing

*Collecting insurance information and patient payments

Requirements:

*Must have excellent communication skills, be a multitasker and team player

*Experience working in a dental office (at least 6 months experience required)

*Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills a must

*Former Dental Assistants and/or hygienists are encouraged to apply

*Knowledge of Eaglesoft a bonus

This is a full-time position. Benefits include 401K with employer contribution, paid time off, holiday pay, employee family discounts, bonus pay and uniform allowance. Compensation is dependent on skills and experience.
