We are a private practice looking for a front desk manager to join our practice. The right candidate must have at least 2 years working in a dental office as an office manager or a front desk manager.

Please DON’T apply if you have no dental office experience or never served in a similar role before.

The right candidate will be:

• Motivated, organized and driven
• Must have hands on expertise in dental insurance and billing, (dental claims, insurance verification, generating accurate statement and collecting balance
• Is proficient in presenting treatment plans and guiding patient through available financing options that can help them move forward with the treatment.
• As an office manager, you will work with rest of front staff to make sure that scheduling is done accurately.
• Being familiar with Eaglesoft is a preferred.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
