We are supporting a direct hire Department Supervisor (Converting) opportunity for an industry leader in the shipping product industry located North of Lexington, KY.

Basic Details:
· 1stShift, 5:30 am – 3:30
· Reporting to Plant Production Supervisor
Duties include:
· Daily supervision of the Honeycomb or Converting department
· Managing productivity performance
· Collaborate with Scheduling to meet customer requests
· Support performance evaluations
· Drive continuous improvement
· Identify root cause for non-conforming products and take corrective action
· Establish, train and maintain safety protocols
The ideal candidate will have the following:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years of experience in corrugated cardboard or honeycomb manufacturing
· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
