Residential Home Builder, William Ryan Homes, is seeking a hard-working, dedicated Design Center Specialist to join our Tampa team. The person in this position will be committed to assisting new homeowners in selecting options and interior finishes for their new home. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling appointments and file preparation
• Guiding homeowner through selections process
• Accurately completing all required customer selections and uploading information into company database
• Maintain an organized, user friendly, up-to-date, and comprehensive Selections Center
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be detail-oriented, organized and focused on accuracy
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and specifications
• Knowledge of Design, Colors and Materials, understanding trends
• Ability to learn all company product lines, included features & available options.
• Advanced technology skills, including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel
• Ability to build and maintain good vendor relationships
• Must be able to work independently to meet deadlines

Other Experience:

• Minimum two (2) experience in the Design field, Associates Degree in Design; or equivalent experience
• Experience with residential construction database system & Envision preferred
• Must be able to accommodate customer needs by working flexible hours which may include nights or weekends.
