The Tailored Closet and Premier Garage have immediate openings for Sales / Design Consultants to design and sell Epoxy Floor Coatings, Closet Systems, Cabinet assembly and Carpentry. Work for a rapidly growing national company specializing in garage cabinetry, organizational systems, and decorative epoxy concrete floor coatings. The position is based in Eagan, MN with service areas of the greater Twin Cities area.

What We’re Looking For:

Our Sales / Design Consultants are key members of our team and represent the face of our company. They are responsible for working with homeowners to assist in creating their customized storage and garage flooring solutions. We are looking for motivated, organized, and creative individuals who have a passion for success and providing superior customer service.

Appointments are scheduled with the homeowner for the Sales / Design Consultant. We are looking for sales professionals who can travel to our customers, work with them to understand their vision, measure their space, create the design, price it out, present, and sell!

Our Sales / Design Consultants receive paid training on designing, materials, and pricing, as well as continuous support. Prior experience in sales and/or customer service preferred, but not necessary. We're looking for energetic and creative individuals!

Job Duties

• Manage lead flow.
• Creates quarterly sales goals and quarterly lead and closing goals .
• Maintain frequent communication with customers and prompt follow-up with leads.
• Some evenings and Saturdays required
• Stay organized and able to quote products correctly
• Conduct The Tailored Closet and Premier Garage in-home & virtual sales process (training is provided).
• Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow-up, strong desire to win and succeed.
• Track and maintain notes in a CRM database.
• Marketing through different channels including professional referrals, and Home Shows or other in-person events
• Represent the brand and position yourself as the industry professional in the area.
• Communicate regularly with management and follow instructions and advice given.
• Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams using software package used (training provided).
• Follow a proven sales process
• Being able to sell multiple products and solutions

Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+
