Motivate with passion, drive, energy, and extreme ownership while leading the Ford & Subaru reconditioning team

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Display an energetic, passionate, enthusiastic personality daily, and ensure every team member on the Ford/Subaru recon team has a process and plan for their day.
• Ensure all bays, shops, and employee areas are cleaned daily/nightly.
• Implement and assist with processes for reconditioning and the delivery of new and used vehicles at Ford & Subaru. ▪
• Audit and maintain inventory on chemicals at Ford & Subaru.
• Assist with employee schedules and timecards at Ford & Subaru.
• Assist with customer concerns on used vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure lot organization and lot cleanliness daily with your team. Ensure locks are checked nightly.
• Ensure you and all team members are properly trained on the application process of Crystal Fusion and Simoniz. Ensure the application process is done correctly 100% of the time.
• Ensure that you are staffing the correct amount of personnel needed at Ford & Subaru to manage the deliveries of the day efficiently.
• Report to Lead Ford Sales Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
