Job description
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of databases by ensuring that all information is kept current and up to date.
- Create, maintain and update records and files
- Maintaining giving platforms (QGiv, etc.)
- Assist with reconciliation of Grambling University Foundation Accounts
- Processing gifts and pledges (cash, checks, credit cards, payroll deductions, etc.) from alumni, friends, corporations and other constituents of the University; Accurately determine appropriate gif designation, category and account for correct gift/pledge reporting
- Research/record data and compile data
- Assist with data management operations
- Provide technical support for Advancement activities and any other related technologies
- Timely gift recording and receipting
- Other related duties as assigned
Minimum:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- The ideal incumbent will possess experience in a higher education setting, data management and design abilities.
- Must have excellent written communications and the ability to manage multiple projects and interact effectively with the general public.
