The role:

As a Data Administrator, you’ll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service. The Data Administrator will be responsible for data collection in various projects, maintenance of that data along with the product and pricing files that support our customers and service teams appropriately and accurately, and be able to communicate at all levels. You’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and support us in maintaining a safe working environment, and we'll make sure you'll have fun along the way! Please note, This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Data Analysts in ensuring the maintenance and the integrity of our Systems and Data
  • Accountability for ensuring data issues are investigated and correction strategies are implemented
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to meet the development needs of our business proposition
  • Support and develop a culture of continuous improvement in process and data management, with clear customer focus
  • Any projects on an ad hoc basis as requested by the Business Support Manager

You:

You’ll be self motivated and a real team player, able to demonstrate strong communication skills. You’ll thrive in a team environment, supporting the wider team while setting and maintaining high standards of work. You’ll have excellent organisational skills, the ability to work on your own and you’ll love providing the best customer service. Microsoft and Google product skills and knowledge of Kerridge ERP system would be helpful (although enthusiasm and a can-do attitude is just as important!) further training will be given if needed.

Required skills and competencies:

  • Proficient in basic IT in order to learn our computer systems and processes
  • Have a positive, can do attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment, whilst maintaining high standards of work
  • Experience in the heating spares industry would be advantageous
