Role type - 5 hrs per day, 25 hrs per week, part time

About the role:


This role is with the Digital Interaction team within a Customer Services environment, making sure that our customers feel like our number one priority as you respond to a wide variety of questions and queries via Live Chat and other digital interaction services.


You will strive to improve effectiveness for our customers through the communication channel of their customer’s choice.


A strong team player with a flexible approach, you’ll bring with you excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering the best possible service. You will often be managing multiple online conversations, you’ll need to be confident on a keyboard, with a strong attention to detail, and equally confident picking-up the phone and speaking directly with a customer


Key accountabilities:


  • Interact with external customers via live chat
  • Utilise an email platform to respond to internal and external customer queries
  • Work alongside Technical Interaction Engineers to investigate product non-conformance
  • Support order queries from our fax and email channel
  • Act as the customers advocate, ensuring the customer & their needs are the primary focus.
  • Ability to do multitask in the different digital functions

What we’re looking for:


  • Excellent organisational skills; effective and efficient use of time and resources in order to meet all deadlines and deliver quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of digital interaction
  • Ability to operate in a call centre environment.
  • Must be proactive and demonstrate initiative.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility, and taking on other duties as required.
  • Instinctive and consistent focus on customers’ needs and the needs of their team delivering quality and accuracy even when under pressure
  • Self-motivated and driven; demonstrating the ability to be an effective role model
