- Develop and implement an engaging and comprehensive resident experience program that meets the needs and interests of the residents.
- Plan and execute a variety of activities and events that cater to the diverse needs of the residents, including but not limited to social events, outings, and educational programs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as dining and maintenance, to ensure a cohesive and integrated resident experience.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as community policies and procedures, related to resident care and safety.
- Monitor resident satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and other means, and make necessary improvements to the resident experience program.
- Manage and supervise the resident experience team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- RN (Registered Nurse) Licensure in state of practice is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting, with a focus on resident engagement and programming is preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living and senior care.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
