The Opportunity:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Integrated Services to manage a team responsible for supporting various applications including MoveIT, Citrix Sharefile, hosted FTP, etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and continuously improving service delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of technical support staff responsible for supporting various applications including MoveIT, Citrix Sharefile, hosted FTP, etc.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for service delivery and incident management.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the team to ensure service delivery meets and exceeds customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Oversee the resolution of technical issues and incidents, including providing guidance and support to the team.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, and develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to service delivery and incident management.
- Develop and manage the budget for the team, ensuring effective use of resources and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a technical support or service delivery role, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience supporting applications such as MoveIT, Citrix Sharefile, hosted FTP, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of technical support staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices related to service delivery and incident management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to service delivery and incident management.
- Strong budget management skills with the ability to effectively manage resources and ensure cost efficiency.
