The Opportunity:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Integrated Services to manage a team responsible for supporting various applications including MoveIT, Citrix Sharefile, hosted FTP, etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and continuously improving service delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of technical support staff responsible for supporting various applications including MoveIT, Citrix Sharefile, hosted FTP, etc.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for service delivery and incident management.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the team to ensure service delivery meets and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Oversee the resolution of technical issues and incidents, including providing guidance and support to the team.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement, and develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to service delivery and incident management.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the team, ensuring effective use of resources and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a technical support or service delivery role, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience supporting applications such as MoveIT, Citrix Sharefile, hosted FTP, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of technical support staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices related to service delivery and incident management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to service delivery and incident management.
  • Strong budget management skills with the ability to effectively manage resources and ensure cost efficiency.
