What you will do:
- Supervise and oversee daily operations of centralized schedulers, telephone operators, and centralized intake. As well as assisting with the supervision of the centralized medical records department.
- Recruitment, hiring, and supervision of staff in addition to developing and attaining performance goals and objectives. Evaluates performance and recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Providing assistance and coverage as required.
- Assists with management of the scheduling queues.
- Other duties as requested and assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or Equivalent is Required
- Previous Leadership Experience Preferred
- Previous call center experience desired
- Use of Homecare home base (HCHB) EMR is desired
- Three or more years of related experience managing an operations team in a 24/7 environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare management experience
