Naioth in Ramah Counseling Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team! You will assist in the daily care and activities of daily living in a community setting. Come be a part of our team!! We are looking for a DSP that can work in Hillsborough, NJ Monday through Friday 9:00am-3:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities as per their NJISP
• Provide support to individuals for community inclusion
• Implement vocational and pre-vocational programs
• Assist individuals with all day habilitation program and activities
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable program environment

Qualifications:

• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or other related fields is a plus
• Must be able to pass a drug screen & various background checks
