Job description

Direct Support Professional needed to service clients in one of our group homes. Part-time day and/or night shifts and weekday and/or weekend positions available. Job will require working with developmentally disabled individuals who live in the group home that houses multiple clients. Additional shifts with flexible hours also available in our Independent Living/Supervised program and other group homes.

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting clients with the upkeep of their home
• Meal planning and taking clients grocery shopping
• Assisting clients with cooking and/or meal preparation

The specific job duties performed will vary from client to client, based on their own individual needs. Job duties for our Independent Living/Supervised Program and other group homes will also very based on client's individual abilities and needs.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to provide a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation
• Experience working with the disabled and elderly preferred
