Adult Community Training is an agency in Loudon County that provides support to adults with disabilities. We have multiple positions for Direct Support Professionals, which is a caregiving job. No experience is necessary! In each of the jobs we have open, you would be working directly with 2 - 4 individuals in one of our homes or taking people out during the day, depending on the location.

Full time jobs offer health and life insurance, 10 paid holidays a year, PTO, and retirement plans! All applicants must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening.

Listed below are the full time jobs for DSPs we have available:

JOB 1: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm $14.25/hour+ benefits

This job involves assisting 3 individuals with disabilities at their home in Loudon.

JOB 2:1. Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 12:00am $14.25/hour + benefits

This job involves assisting 3 individuals with disabilities. We have one job opening with these hours at a home in Lenoir City and another at a home in Loudon.

JOB 3: Residential Days $14.25/hour

This is working in one of homes on a 6am – 6pm schedule on a 2 week rotating schedule.

Week A: work on Monday; Tuesday; Friday

Week B: Saturday; Sunday; Wednesday; Thursday

This job involves assisting 2-4 individuals with disabilities at their home in Lenoir City

JOB 4: Day Program DSP $13.75/hour

37.5 hours/week

Monday – Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm

This is a position where the employee would work in the day program taking people out in the community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.25 per hour
