Job description

Provide skill development and assist with activities of daily living for adults with developmental disabilities in their home and/or in the community. Must be able to read, write, and speak English well; possess minimal computer skills; drive a vehicle and transport clients in personal vehicle; possess ability to train and support individuals; work flexible hours and assignments; and demonstrate patience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma/GED
• 18 years of age or older (must be 21 years of age or older in order to transport individuals)
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Possess current vehicle insurance
• Ability to pass background screening and/or obtain base clearance
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Pass a driver record check
• Possess a working telephone
