Another Step, Inc. is seeking professional, compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are enthusiastic about making a positive difference in the lives of people with developmental disabilities.

Another Step offers a unique "without walls" approach to the provision of day supports for people with developmental disabilities. The agency provides all day support utilizing community resources. Participants are picked up at home in the morning and returned home at the end of the day. We develop and implement a meaningful schedule of activities based on the participant's individual preferences and needs that are delivered 100% in the community.

Full-Time

What We Require:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• A valid non-provisional Drivers’ License (mandatory)
• Prior experience working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred but not required.
