Pick from the following…Have Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons open 2:3p-7p, Fridays 9a-7p and Saturday 9a-7p (or every other Saturday).

Working with a lady in her 30’s. She enjoys music and arts and crafts. Uses a cane/ walker/sometimes unsteady on her feet. Need to watch her closely when she eats (high risk of choking).

Member would like to work on the following goals with an in-home support DSP: toileting and completing with assistance; washing hands; brushing teeth; showering and completing with assistance; washing face; brushing hair; making bed; cleaning/chores; remaining safe at home and in the community; accessing the community (if not too tired); communicating appropriately; and participating in exercise.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma/GED per DHHS regulations , be 19 years of age and have a driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.

Full time employees (working at least 36 hours a week), will be eligible for free health, dental and life insurance (entirely paid for by the employer), paid time off and holiday pay.

Higher compensation for applicants with CRMA, DSP and or experience.
